Northcrest is a beautiful new development located in the suburb of Berrimah, centrally located between Palmerston, Darwin, and Casuarina.
Northcrest’s first land release started in early 2017, and development is expected to continue until around 2030, but that doesn’t mean you should wait—with homes already completed in the area and many more underway now is your chance to secure a spot with approximately 2,000 new lots anticipated throughout the development process.

What you will notice most about Northcrest is space. With its wide streets and generous lot sizes Northcrest is also the only new subdivision area which allows you the option of front fencing, offering maximum secuirty and allowing you to fully take advantage of every m2 of your land. There are various lot sizes available starting from around 400m2 up to over 800m2 with the majority of between 550 and 650 square meters, but larger and smaller options are available for those who need more flexibility.
